DA2 - Brainstorm Blog #1

The different processes of "glitching" images has been fun so far. I think converting the images to an audio file has been my favorite. For making an image appear glitched, I think messing around with it in photoshop has been the easiest for me to understand likely due to me knowing what different blending modes and filters are going to do to the images. I'm also used to working in layers so being able to duplicate the image to make it appear like its breaking itself is easier to for me to see and understand.

For my project I like the idea of having a character or avatar in your phone or device and it starts breaking/becoming self-aware. The game Doki Doki Literature Club does this with a self-aware character breaking the game. I think doing something like this but with an AI created and generated character could have potential; I just don't like the idea of training AI and consuming resources by creating images that are going to be broken.
